This package is for a business just starting out in social media, with little or no social media presence. (This is a one-time fee.)

Social Profile Creation: Social profiles will be established for up to four social platforms. These include Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and Instagram. (Snapchat and TikTok social media require a different approach and not all business types benefit from these platforms. These can be set up for an additional fee on a case-by-cases basis.) YouTube can be substituted for one of these platforms, but you must supply your own videos for uploading. (Some video editing can be done for an additional fee.)
Social Media Branding: All necessary social media images (profile image, cover image, etc.) will be created to establish a uniform brand identity across all platforms.
Content Gathering: I provide 15-20 links as options for posting on topics related to the business. A total of 10 posts may be selected for posting. Posts will be tailored for optimal viewing on each social media platform.

This package is an add-on for your existing social media platforms. This includes:

Monitoring social media comments and removing any inappropriate remarks.
Responding to comments when applicable.
Monitoring social media messages and responding as needed.
Responses will be determined beforehand and a list will be compiled with the most comment Q&A. The client will be contacted beforehand for any comments or messages where the response was not pre-determined.
